Irresponsible misbehving and over charges for alienment wheelblancing by mrf z distributer
Today i have visited mrf zed tyre distributership on ambala chandigarh highway for my grand vitara car alienment and wheelbalancing , when it comes to paying bill they have charged over priced for this service like they have asked to pay 900 amount which is very over priced and when i asked for orignal bill than company representative asked me to pay additional 560 rs for gst which is non understood like if my bill is 900 than after 18% gst it would be near about 1080 total but he asked me to pay 560 rs extra if i want orignal bill , this is totally fraud and unexpectable for a brand like z mrf tyres . The behaviour of representative is very unprofessional and way of talking was very rational , like i told him that maruti company nexa charged 1100rs for car alientment and wheelbalancing including gst and he asked me that company charged 3500 rs for this service but I immediately made a call to maruti nexa service center and asked them the amount which they charged for alientment and wheelbalancing , he responded that company charged 1100 rs including gst and including labour and if any weight took place , at that time he get nervous and he has nothing to say so its my request to you to take some strict action against this disributership because they are charging over priced and not giving original bill to save thier tax which is a illegal thing . I am also attaching the soft copy of unauthorized bill which he give me and he has demanded 560 rs more if i want orignal bill so its my compaint to your company that you should check this matter and should take some action against this disributership.
